Who Is the Person Behind These Amazing Techniques?

My name is Miloš Šimek, and I'm the creator of Transform Yourself. I'm also probably the least likely person to teach you how to transform your life easily, given where I started.

As a person diagnosed with ADHD, I had problems in almost every aspect of my life. I couldn't focus. I couldn't learn. I had to stay home all day, every day, even on weekends, to learn just enough for school. Exercise? That got me bored. My eating habits weren't exactly healthy, and I was gaining weight. I lacked meaning in my life. I moved from job to job and ended up burning myself out. I was depressed, and no, not in that "just having a bad mood" kind of way.

I felt like this is not how it's supposed to be. This is my life? I always imagined it would be completely different. Have you ever felt like this? I had an idea of what I wanted in life, but that idea decided to move to another planet.

But, from someone who struggled with learning, I became an advanced programmer and, for some time, I even worked in genetic research. From someone who hated exercise, I started working out four times a week and have done so for the past five years straight. I've lost 10 kg (22 pounds). I eat healthier than ever. And I've finally started focusing on what, to me, truly matters. How? By using exactly what I'm about to show you.

So What Changed?

I would love to tell you there was that one seminar I took or that one book I read, and everything changed. But that story doesn't exist. It took me 20 whole years to learn, test, understand, create, and recreate all sorts of approaches and techniques. What do you really need to know to improve your life? Is there something that can be used again and again that will work each time? There are only bits and pieces out there that I had to put together into something practical.

Most things don't really work. Some work a little, and only a few work really well. And by using those, and improving them even further, I was able to transform almost every aspect of my life. I said "almost" because I'm still using these techniques every day. I love how they work, how they improve my life, and that, with them, I can keep pushing myself further. Can you imagine how great that feels?

At one point, it really hit me that I was not the only one with these kinds of problems: not knowing how to change your life. So many people live their lives unfulfilled, not happy with where they are. Yes, they get by, but not really living. And even worse, they believe this is how it's supposed to be! Does this feel right to you? When all you need is the right information? How do you actually follow what you want and not just what was laid out in front of you? I know what that's like. Terrible, absolutely terrible.
